Practice the Alchemical Alignment

Alchemical Alignment is the Master Practice of Inner Alchemy, a guided journey that unites “heavens and earth” into a single field of living awareness inside your body.

Through this meditation, you are invited to gather your energies inward, awaken the intelligence of the body, and enter into a dynamic exchange between the grounding force of the earth and the radiant presence above. In this meeting point, you discover yourself as a bridge—both source and receiver, both human and luminous.

It is a practice of purification, alignment, and remembrance, where light is consciously received, integrated, and embodied. Here, the teachings become experience, and the experience becomes a quiet knowing: that you are, and have always been, an expression of living light.
